A flash based consumer survey created by me for the marketing team at CACI.
The brief was to design a multi-question survey that met brand standards, and was nice for customers to use.
I built the survey in flash, allowing me to take advantage of animation and easing to move between questions.
The back end of the survey was also built by me in asp.net vb to pass responses directly to the right teams.
